Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, such as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include handwork, sandblast, cast, leach, and general manufacturing support.
Candidate must have ability to perform detailed work with steady hands, patience, commitment, ability to concentrate on detailed work for long periods of time. This position requires a strong team player with good mental concentration and the ability to work carefully and methodically with their hands.
- AA or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience. 2 years of experience may be traded for degree requirement.
- Excellent motor skills and fine motor control
- Strong mechanical abilities
- Outstanding manual dexterity
- Capable of carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must be team-oriented
