Principal Process Manager (USA)-725181

Description
Responsible for identifying process improvements and leading business operations teams to execute process change. Serves as a subject matter expert on projects. The role involves working with the operations and intent teams, account level testing team, IT, legal and compliance to identify and drive process and control improvements in order to deliver "Great Execution" results.

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Identify, recommend and work with operation's team to implement process improvements

Produce and report process health reports and process control effectiveness

Lead department in practices, policies and methodologies related to its process

Improve the effectiveness of our processes by recommending improvements

Analyzing data from multiple sources, systematically documenting the work and results

Engaging with subject matter experts in Operations, IT, Vendors, Compliance, and Legal as needed to assess adherence to requirements

Reviewing transaction tests executed by the Controls Team for accuracy and adherence to test procedures, and performance trends

Based on test results, develop and drive control design improvements

Assisting in communicating results to Senior Stakeholders

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience
  • 1 year of experience in Communications
  • 1 year of experience in Process management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications or Computer Science
  • 2 years of experience in Communications
  • 1 year of experience in Operations management
  • 2 years of experience in Process management
  • 1 year of experience in Negotiation and influencing
