Provides mortgage lending products and services to new and existing clients by matching individual mortgage lending needs to the appropriate mortgage loan product. Provides responsive client service and solutions, identifies cross selling opportunities for other bank products and services.

- Represents the bank and oneself in a positive, courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients, while providing quality service that consistently meets or exceeds the clients’ expectations. Identifying mortgage-lending needs of the clients while recognizing opportunities to refer additional bank services.
- Conducts client interviews and assists with the completion of residential mortgage loan applications. Follows up with clients to ensure all required verifications and documentation are received prior to submission to underwriting.
- Develops and maintains relationships with First Fidelity Bank markets it’s realtors and builders to promote mortgage lending opportunities by providing professional and responsive service and solutions.
