Responsible for providing administrative department support to FEP Pharmacy Programs and Network Management.
Required Basic Qualifications
•A minimum of four years experience working in a business environment.
•Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
•High School Diploma required.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Preferred Basic Qualifications
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Two-year Associates degree in Business Administration.
•Previous work experience within a national health care and managed pharmacy delivery system.
•Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast pace environment.
•Ability to successfully interact with executives from BCBS plans as well as national recognized though leaders who participate on the P&T committee and other FEP advisory groups.
