We are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager that will effectively communicate with all levels of management and internal / external customers; while managing professional relationships throughout the organization and community served. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining expertise in the use of the RBS Citizens, N.A. point of sale origination system, Empower, and ensuring that their sales staff is well versed in the same.
This Regional Sales Manager will:
Communicate regularly with the Divisional Leadership Team regarding such topics as pipeline status and closing results achieved versus forecast
Be responsible for developing and maintaining a team relationship between the Sales and Operations Teams, ensuring that the Loan Originators provides clear, concise and customer focused communication throughout the entire loan process
Provide effective supervision of Loan Originators along with identifying and meeting training needs
Maintain extensive knowledge of RBS Citizens, N.A. products, policies and procedures; industry standards and guidelines while evaluating and reporting employee performance
Effectively forecast in order to meet the monthly closing goals as established by senior management and maintain superior customer service levels within company standards, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
7 plus years management experience in Mortgage Sales environment.
10 plus years Residential Mortgage Sales experience.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills required.
Proven experience in recruiting top Loan Officers for assigned region.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
