Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues
Assists with the development of Hazard Insurance Processors via mentoring techniques such as side-by-sides and remote call monitoring
Promotes team performance through monitoring of quality
Tracks and maintains daily productivity reports
Supports management with team building activities
Assists with daily open items processing as needed to meet clients' expectations within the Service Level Agreement
Recognizes and recommends potential process improvements
Supports workflow management through the maintenance of filters and processor assignments
Uses effective communication methods in daily activities
Assists with the planning and accomplishment of assigned tasks through experience and judgment
Participates in training and procedure reviews
Provides clear direction and assistance as it relates to associate questions, procedure clarification and workflow of the team
Expected to be a subject matter expert in the Open Items process and client procedures within span of control. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One or more years of experience working in an office environment (preferably in a call center)
Experience leading a team or a project - leadership capabilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Work and Excel
Able to problem solve and troubleshoot - all on your own using your independent thinking ability
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Strong typing skills including data entry skills of 6000 kph or greater
