The Sr. Manager Change Control

will report to the Director, Quality Systems and be a corporate resource. He/she will control product/process changes through effective change control processes. This position will own the corporate policy and procedure defining the product change management process for global Hospira. The role provides the key change management consulting and processes to support corporate and plant change activities.

Act as the Corporate SME for change management

Lead the global “Community Of Practice” for change control

Develop change management KPIs and track, trend and report results.

Drive continuous improvement of change processes/results

Promote consistency in the execution of changes and the required deliverables throughout the organization

Provide support information to staff with questions, concerns and changes required of other corporate groups

Evaluate process/procedure changes as necessary and assure changes are implemented globally, as appropriate

Skills/Experience Education/Certification

Key Capabilities

Strong

oral, written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade others in higher levels to abide by the global corporate process.

Experience

·

Requires

2-5 years of change management, regulatory or validation experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry or equivalent manufacturing field, or a minimum of 6 - 8 years manufacturing/technical experience in a pharmaceutical and/or medical device or equivalent manufacturing field

·

Must

be capable of organizing data from multiple sources, extracting key information and performing effectiveness checks pertaining to changes

Education

·

Requires

a Bachelor's degree in scientific field or equivalent pharmaceutical experience
