Position Summary:
The Foundation Development Coordinator is responsible for: 1) coordinating the donor stewardship process, including the writing and production of quality donor stewardship reports and materials, 2) coordinating the writing and production of quality donor thank you letters, and managing the process of thank you phone calls, 3) providing comprehensive administrative and technical support for the Executive Director-Development and the Foundation Development Team. This position works independently as well as cooperatively and collaboratively with department personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficient daily operations in the Development Team and the Office of Philanthropy.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum three years experience in writing, communications and customer service with an emphasis in hands-on customer relationship building. Minimum three years experience with computer software applications. Previous experience in health care and/or fundraising setting preferred.

AA Degree preferred.
