This position provides psychotherapy to students, and occasionally staff, through individual and group sessions. Responsibilities include: individual/group counseling; coordinating and conducting education/outreach programs on campus and in the community; coordinating assessment services and providing expertise in crisis intervention. Compensation competitive and commensurate with experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work required; Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work preferred; licensure/certification in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related discipline; must be license eligible in the state of TN; 3 years counseling experience with college-aged population preferred; must be able to understand organizational structure and dynamics, make recommendations to clients regarding personal, academic, and career concerns and maintain collaborative relationships; good writing ability and basic computer technology; effective teaching and presentation skills; demonstrated assessment and crisis intervention skills.
