We have an opportunity for an experienced, passionate and hands-on General Manager or Management Couple to run a delightful historic pub/restaurant in the Lincolnshire countryside. As the successful candidate(s), you will be accountable for delivering to your customers impeccable food and drink service standards, and fresh, high-quality meals cooked using locally sourced ingredients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the running of the business, including growing sales, menu development and costing, controlling overheads, overseeing health and safety and legal compliance, and managing the staffing needs of the establishment.
