Support Forefield customer base by providing product overviews and service information; resolving product and service problems
Work with sales team to provide customer usage reports, create account ID’s and make account changes
Answer product and service questions, perform customer demos
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Keep product materials up to date.
Create product tutorials
Answer all customer phone calls
Respond to customer email questions and issues
Work closely with the Forefield technology team on any issues brought up by customers and potential customers
