Support the GCO Leadership Team by driving the execution of the project plans of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) integrated strategic program under the guidance of the Global Head Strategy and Operations Planning. Project Management:
With advanced knowledge in project management tools/processes, supports GCO LT programs to come in on time, budget and target.
Participate and/or project teams meetings
Track progress and review and report program status regularly Leadership:
Capable of leading multiple workstreams with specific deliverables under sponsorship of a GCO LT member.

Bachelor degree; preferably in life science and business management training or experience. Fluent English (oral and written). 6 years’ experience in a multidisciplinary environment or in line function (drug development) Advanced planning and tracking skills with attention to detail Well-organized, excellent time management with respect to priorities and self-management Strong interpersonal skills and expert team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships Quick action taker.
