Job Requirements:
2+ years experience working as a Ticketing Agent in AMADEUS
Experience with European destinations, individual and group arrangements
Knowledge of German, Russian, or Romanian a plus
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Booking international and domestic air travel, hotel stays, ocean and river cruises, car rentals and rail reservations
Selling individual and group travel arrangements /Developing itinerary, offering suggestions, points of interest
Handling customer orders and payments /verifying scheduled services and charges; obtaining credit card charge, check or cash
Ensuring all bookings are completed with accuracy
Providing alternatives for customer travel
Assisting clients with finding travel package deals for their needs
Advising clients about passports, visas, foreign currency, vaccinations, travel insurance
Dealing with complaints /Obtaining refunds and adjustments by completing claim forms
Meeting sales targets as set out by the travel agency manager
