As part of a dynamic team, the Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) for the ADP MasterTax team will focus on developing executive level relationships to provide a payroll tax software solution to payroll service providers .

ADP MasterTax provides clients with comprehensive payroll tax and compliance software which covers more than 10,000 tax types in the United States and Canada.

Sell the MasterTax Solution to new clients

Attains or exceeds 100% assigned revenue and product goals within assigned territory

Generate and cultivate new and existing executive relationships to enter sale process through cold calling, networking and campaign execution

Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, Compile Account Profiles to determine prospects needs and potential product sales and related selling strategy.

Produce a 120 day prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts

Broaden knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.

Develop and cultivate internal relationships to better serve the client needs.

The MasterTax Corporate Sales Manager compensation package includes a base salary, training subsidy and commission schedule as well as a car allowance and much more. Territory includes: NY, VT, NH, & ME

Travel 20-30%

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

Proven track record of production in excess of assigned quotas.

Proven ability to produce results with minimum management oversight
Proven proficiency in "account plan" development and implementation of related sales strategies

Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close prospects

5+ years successfully selling into the business community, preferably in software sales ; payroll tax experience required

Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills

Candidates must have the ability to:
Communicate within their environment with prospective customers, consultants, and vendor partners. Must be self-motivated.
Demonstrate the ability to apply a professional demeanor, both externally and internally.

Make presentations, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations regarding pricing and terms, and be able to interface with other company departments as needed for resource allocation and cooperative purposes.

Bachelors Degree required
