The Worldwide Order Administration Supervisor will be the key point for the order entry process. This position will oversee order distribution, mentor and train a small team of order admin specialists. This position will also interact with customers virtually, on the phone, and from time-to-time, in person to provide information, guidance, and trouble-shooting.

Act as a mentor and knowledge leader to a small team of order administration processors
Manage the order administration process and suggest improvements
Analyze, streamline and drive improved efficiencies
Be primary contact to GoPro's largest account
Process customer purchase orders into NetSuite
Work with the sales team on fulfillment schedules to communicate to customers and sales reps
Perform support functions regarding existing orders (ETA, POD, etc.)
Interact daily with the warehouse to ensure smooth and accurate shipping
Work with 3PL team on unfulfilled orders, communicating order discrepancies and issues as they arise
Work cross functionally to communicate and resolve challenges
Coordinate with allocations team to ensure order release priorities
Understand product inventory and effectively utilize information when processing orders
Resolve billing discrepancies
Manage backlog report
Follow-up on replacement orders, RMA’s, price discrepancies, and other post-order issues
Update and maintain existing customer information in NetSuite
5+years experience in order administration
Must have recent order administration experience with Big Box Retailers (i.e Target, Best Buy, Costco, etc.)
Understanding of sales operation cycles including: customer forecasting, purchase orders, sales orders, allocations, 3PL fulfillment and billing
Prior experience with NetSuite or a strong background in other major ERP/MRP programs
Must have knowledge with customer forecasts and sell-thru dates
Excellent Excel skills
Basic understanding of EDI
Excellent Customer Service skills including extensive problem-solving experience
Must possess excellent time management skills and eye for attention to detail
Sports enthusiast and technology interests a plus
Outgoing and enthusiastic
Ability to work in a team with strong interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to respond to group dynamics - have FUN!
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Empathy for customer challenges and a drive to resolve issues
