Culture and differentiation of human and mouse embryonic stem cells into neural lineages. Managing the labs cell work. Experience with immunocytochemistry, FACS , qRT- PCR , lentviral and other transfection approaches.Ordering, training undergraduates and graduate students. Mouse experience preferred.
This is a grant-funded position. Continuation of this position is dependent upon the availability of additional grant funds.

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS and cell culture experience.Some experience with relevant techniques

Preferred Qualifications
Animal experience, assist with MEF preparation, transplants to the hippocampus and their subsequent analysis.
