Title: Program Assessment & Site Requirements Analyst
• General Requirement: Provide technical support to the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Information Systems and Infrastructure (ISI), Product Manager Marine Corps Network and Infrastructure Services (PdM MCNIS) to provide sustainment support for the USMC Information Technology (IT) environment in support of processes and procedures required in support of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) program and the transition to Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN).
• Specific Requirements: Required to coordinate schedules, assist with data collection for assets, user requirements management, application inventory, and related actions necessary to effect transition activities, technical refresh schedules and life-cycle sustainment for the USMC IT environment (e. g. SRM data collection, asset reconciliation and tracking). Provide on-site Customer Technical Representative support for Major Commands across the Marine Corps posts and stations in support of the Continuity of Services Contract (CoSC) and transition to NGEN for transition, technical refresh, asset tracking and life-cycle.
• Tasks - Program Assessment & Site Requirements Analysis:
o Assess, validate, and coordinate site requirements for technical refresh and life-cycle
sustainment responsibilities within USMC IT environment
o Coordinate and resolve technical, scheduling and delivery issues associated with
technical refresh, asset tracking and life-cycle sustainment. NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET), Asset Center and eMarketplace tools are utilized in the completion of these tasks
o Survey customer requirements, enter and monitor data for services ordered into current tool sets (NET, Asset Center,eMarketplace) at each site (
o Track Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) and Authority to Operate (ATO) for servers and sites
o Update and reconcile asset data in NET following USMC process and procedures
o Coordinate support schedules that are aligned to technical refresh schedules and
life-cycle sustainment - maintain the overall schedule for technical refresh, resolving issues
with both Marine Corps customers and CoSC prime vendor support staff
o Perform service requests such as Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs), account management and other similar network administration functions (i.e. tracking Missing, Lost, Stolen and Damaged equipment {MLSD}, seat order modification).
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Using NET, Asset Center, eMarketplace
o Conducting MACs
o Assess, validate, and coordinate site requirements
o Survey customer requirements and enter and monitor data for services ordered into current tool sets
o Track IATO and ATO for servers and sites
o Coordinate support schedules
