Excellent opportunity for well experienced Commercial Credit Analyst to make immediate valuable impact in a progressive community banking environment with commensurate rewards.
Will enjoy high visibility, and will partner with Business Development colleagues and Senior Credit Risk Management leadership.
Will regularly interact with bank’s relationship managers, senior managers, loan operations support team, current and prospective borrowers, outside professional service providers and others involved in the lending activities.
Will assess borrower’s current financial condition and outlook, and prepare detailed written analyses including evaluations of financial trends, ratios, industry and market comparisons/risk, cash flow analysis, debt service coverage, and assess overall strengths and weaknesses of credit to assist in the credit decision process.
Will determine internal risk ratings consistent with current Credit Policy guidelines.
Primary focus will be on C&I and Owner Occupied Real Estate, secondary focus on income-producing Commercial Real Estate. Will evaluate both business and personal financial statements and tax returns as required to have comprehensive analysis.
Portfolio Management responsibilities include assisting in the completion and management of maturities, renewals, covenant compliance, past dues and annual reviews.
Successful candidate will bring a well-developed technical skill set to underwrite, structure, and document Commercial loan transactions consistent with bank policies.

Minimum Background Requirements:
BS, BA or BBA Degree required.
7+ years Commercial Credit Analyst and/or Commercial Lending experience required.
Strong credit risk assessment and transaction structuring skills.
Proficient in UCA Cash Flow analysis.
RMA Certification a plus; Commercial Portfolio Management experience a plus.
Credit training in larger bank operating environment preferred.
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multi-dimensional thinking skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Moody’s Financial Analyst or similar software.
