Responsible for performing administrative tasks and act as an operation technician. Independently and/or under direction performs a variety of secretarial/assistant tasks including filing, typing, preparation of reports, record keeping, and other related duties. Acts as the department answering point for communications including appointment keeping, telephone calls and Track-it work order entry.

Provides primary technical support for St Joseph Hospital

and affiliated remote locations. Performs hardware configuration and problem determination. Performs software installation and assistance in problem determination. Maintains optimum machine availability to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide user support for PC applications.

Certification: A+ certification a plus

Experience: 2-3 years in installation & maintenance of computer/network equipment to include PCs, printers and LAN equipment. In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and components. Knowledge of Microsoft OS and business software applications installation & usage. AS/400 experience a plus
