Average Weekly Hours:
24-36 flex hours per week
This position is eligible for full-time benefits! The ideal candidate must be available to work up to 36 hours per week and have the willingness to flex hours down or rotate between other nursing departments within the Hospital if census in the ICU is low.
The RN provides safe nursing care in a timely manner to patients on the Intensive Care Unit, with support from the preceptor / mentor; performs within the scope of professional nursing practice as defined by the State Board of Nursing; and demonstrates professional growth.
Advancement to RN II is expected within two years after date of hire.
Hiring Range Description:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont.
Previous clinical experience in medical and surgical, intensive care, or cardiology nursing preferred.
Professional License Required:
