7+ years of business and technology experience* Management and/or project management experience * Electronic Health Records ( EHR ) / Electronic Medical Records ( EMR ) implementation, administration, and support experience* Microsoft Windows networking and TCP/IP support and administration experience* SQL Server database administration and support experience* Telecommunication / Telephone systems administration and support experience
