Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:
  • You’ll immerse yourself in your clients’ business – understanding their goals, needs and business model in depth
  • You’ll provide intelligence to your clients on business climate, competition and emerging opportunities
  • You’ll recommend the most appropriate direct marketing strategies – including all traditional and new media
  • You’ll look for ways to grow the relationship with your clients
  • You’ll provide financial forecasting and tracking to Senior Management
  • You’ll play a strategic role in identifying and presenting new business opportunities
  • You’ll analyze marketing data to determine campaign results and make strategic recommendations based on those results

Qualifications:

How to qualify:
  • Minimum seven (7) years direct marketing experience
  • Interactive and digital experience required
  • Successful record of marketing strategy, program execution and growth of ROI-driven accounts
  • Powerful oral and written communicator
  • Experience on both the client and agency side is a plus
  • Proven ability to motivate staff, peers and clients in a team environment
  • High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
  • Strong analytical skills required to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions
  • Computer savvy using Microsoft Office Suite
