Summary of Duties
Works under the direction of the radiologists and the
Administrative Director and performs a variety of
HIRING COMPETENCIES - skills & experiences the applicant
should bring to the job.
a) Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Completion of an ARRT certified program.
b) License: Oregon State License as a radiologic
technologist. Mammography certification through ARRT.
c) Certification: Current Healthcare Provider BLS
d) Must be able to perform all general mammographic and
special procedures, and Dexa Scans.
e) Previous hospital or radiologic clinic preferred.
f) Excellent customer service skills.
g) Must have demonstrated skills in caring for the adult
and geriatric patients.
h) Shows ability to develop skills in use of
computerized information/ordering system
i) Uses effective communication skills.
j) Personal appearance makes a good first impression.
