NOTE: In-state travel is required. Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12). Employees may be required to use their own transportation as well as maintaining valid motor vehicle insurance and current Arizona vehicle; however, mileage will be reimbursed.

The Software Support/Information Technology Specialist III provides customer service and software support to Division of Child Support Enforcement staff and acts as the Software Support/Information Technology Specialist III to assist the Division of Child Support Enforcement in meeting performance measures by providing support for SharePoint, Tableau, Access, Web, and associated server administrator support. This position reviews requests from various users and administrations, investigates and troubleshoot issues, repairs and recovers hardware and/or software failures, coordinates and communicates with impacted constituencies, and performs periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. The incumbent independently analyzes communication, resolves problems, accurately and timely helps meet DCSE performance measures and works on a team to complete projects, as well as on independent assignments, to meet daily business needs of the organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: KNOWLEDGE OF: Advanced knowledge of software including methods and
procedures relative to analysis, design, engineering, installation, configuration deployment, operations and management as it applies to departmental/division or enterprise-wide systems; SharePoint, Web, Access, server administration.
SKILL IN: managing multiple assignments; tracking projects and tasks effectively; reviewing and resolving complex issues; support for SharePoint, Tableau (BI tools), Access, Web, and associated server administrator support.
ABILITY TO: Meet performance measures.
