Job Summary and Description:
As a PVD/Implant Shift Technician for IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment in the PVD/Implant area while working in partnership with production team members and process area engineers. In this position, you will monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues. You will also be required to assist with equipment installs, tests, procedures, and uptime improvement. You will utilize systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures to successfully maintain the area. You will monitor, analyze and address SPC issues for area processes on a daily basis and respond to SPC out of control issues. You will be required to keep the Shift Engineering Supervisor updated on tool related issues. You will be required to thoroughly document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs.

Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and address root causes

Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on effective team dynamics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate PC skills and strong data collection skills

Knowledge of PVD and or Implant semiconductor equipment and processes is desirable

Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in an electronics related field or equivalent experience.

All team members must meet minimum criminal background standards as established by IMFT and the Department of Homeland Security
