Roush has an immediate need for an CAE Analyst with CFD experience and hands on experience using ANSYS Fluent, and/or Star-CCM+ software packages. Previous experience in automotive systems is preferred with Fluid Flow, Thermal Management and Computational Methods. Applications of CFD modeling include automotive, aerospace, military and industrial equipment. The position is located at our Allen Park, MI facility.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics; MS or Ph.D. degree preferred. 1-3 years’ work experience and/or theoretical knowledge in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Experience with ANSYS Fluent and/or Star-CCM+ software packages. Experience with fluid and thermal analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Finite Volume or related analytical and numerical methods for problem solution. Knowledge of OpenFOAM is a plus. Experience with CAE tools (meshing). Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Willing to travel 5-10% domestically. US Citizenship.
