Northrop Grumman is seeking an Organizational Change Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a team of business analysts, software developers, system architects, testers, trainers, and managers to develop an enterprise-level, implementation plan. The position is located in Providence, RI. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health IT, Health and Human Services operating unit, an organization that serves the IT needs of state and local governments.

The selected candidate will work closely with the client and our team to assess the organization readiness and assist with the planning and execution of the implementation tasks. This individual works closely with NG business analysts and client personnel to define business process changes to accommodate the new system functionality. Oversees and manages all implementation activities for a new enterprise level system. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel is required.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degrees in information technology or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience-
10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters

  • Experience with IT Project Development Lifecycle
  • Experience with application system implementation planning
  • Experience with organizational change management consulting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project staff and customers to solve complex issues
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Infrastructure Implementation
  • Experience with COTS Implemenation
  • Experience with data conversion management
  • Experience with organizational readiness assessment
  • Experience developing implementation plans and schedules
  • Experience with MS Project
  • Experience with and knowledge of human services programs
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of systems design and development processes
