Gains 'hands on' appreciation and understanding of the manufacturing methods, craftsmanship, and supporting services required to produce quality products and services, on schedule with customer satisfaction.
Develops and maintains an effective and involved work force through performance leadership, education, communications and policies which support inclusion and team effectiveness.
Develops manufacturing plans and supporting services, which will attract and retain customers.
Learn and use continuous improvement tools, including ISO, Six Sigma, Process Variability Reduction, SPC and/or Total Preventative Maintenance.
Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Open to college level sophomores and juniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, majoring in Supervision, Business Management, or Engineering.
