Oracle R12 - Interfaces Developer Purpose of Position: Our Application Development & Integration Practice is currently experiencing tremendous growth. We are actively searching for qualified candidates with technical experience around implementing Oracle R12 solutions.
Successful candidates will have performed at least 5 full-life cycle implementations and possess technical team lead experience. We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience:
Four year degree
Possess strong leadership skill in order to drive technical effort across the various teams, and able to make critical decisions under pressure.
Strong leadership skills to lead and provide vision to a technical team (on or offshore)
Strong management skills to create and manage to plans and budgets
Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment
Good client presence
Work well with teams or in a team environment
Ability to travel up to 80%
