Position will be located in either Charlotte, NC or Alpharetta, GA

The Implementation Support Analyst - Clinical role will troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation and go-live phase of Paragon Clinical Applications projects, including Paragon Pharmacy, Paragon Medication Administration, Paragon Computerized Physician Order Entry, Paragon Medication Reconciliation, and Paragon Physician Documentation. Using written and telephone communication, assist Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, Hospital IT Staff, and Clinical End Users with education, setup, and processes related to the implementation of the Clinical products, in such a way as to best meet the customer needs and minimize impact of system transition. Assess any reported scenarios that are outside of training, setup, and education issues to determine if the system is functioning as expected and recreate warranted scenarios and document detailed scenario with full Steps to Recreate for hand-off to Quality Assurance for defect review. Involved in defect review process as a member of the Work Item Triage Weekly Meetings for the applications supported, work with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Development to establish clinical impact of issues, develop acceptable work-arounds, and assign priority.

Responsible for responding to product application support questions from customers regarding the company's software. Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommends solutions to customer application questions. May utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems.

2+ years product applications support experience

-Must have knowledge of hospital clinical systems with full understanding of Pharmacy and Order Management applications.

- Must possess good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Successful applicant needs to have excellent verbal skills, written skills, and the ability to work with hospital personnel in the research of issues.

BS degree or equivalent experience.

RN preferred.
