Develops and directs the Field Product Specialists Team and their efforts to achieve sales and market share growth goals in focused product range (Combines, High Horsepower Tractors, Sprayers, Seeders, and related cash crop products) with focus growth dealers in accordance with New Holland NAR sales and marketing goals. Responsible for the development and implementation of the field marketing action plan in conjunction with Brand Marketing and Sales to support the growth objectives.
Responsible for development & implementation of field sales and marketing strategies through field product specialist for cash crop products (combines, high horsepower tractors, sprayers, seeders, and related products) that meet New Holland NAR corporate sales & financial objectives
Ensures NAR regional sales and market share goals are achieved through the effective placement, management, motivation, and development of field product specialist professionals
Assesses data provided by sales staff and implements strategies; identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas. Takes specific action to improve growth results.
Identifies market changes, key competitor strategies, industry trends, sudden shifts, market loss, and adjusts marketing plans to capitalize on identified opportunities
Actively calls on key customers and assists sales force where appropriate
Dealer management/continuous improvement of dealer network in NAR as relates to the cash crop business, in coordination with field region management, dealer development and field service
Generates 100% of the Cash Crop Business growth by influencing dealers and customers through the team of Product Specialists. Ensures the alignment, completion, and execution of specific action plans for each dealer to build capabilities, grow the customer base, increase dealer and customer share of wallet, and achieve overall brand targets. Develops and implements professional customer contact processes to enhance the customer/brand experience and build relationships.
Leads and motivates team of sales specialists. Develops and implements field marketing strategies with Brand Marketing. Aligns sales and growth objectives to the focus group of dealers in conjunction with Sales Operations. Works in coordination with Regional Sales Directors for integration with regional objectives. Supports development of the dealer organization through Dealer Development and Service departments.
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in a related field) or 5 years of internal CNH experience.
Minimum 5 years comprehensive experience in sales and marketing with direct experience with dealers and dealer operations; Experience in heavy equipment industry sold through dealer network
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel & sales reporting systems)
