This position works with clients and internal groups to document and manage new functionality for existing and new Identity products. This position is the primary contact for the Technology and Operations groups for business requirements, project meetings, functionality questions etc.
Drives the Product Roadmap including establishing release milestones and launch plans
Analyze existing and new technologies as well as market developments and competition and develop product technical specifications and requirements according to needs.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and define product vision.
Direct the integration of technical aspects of the product.
Tracks market trends and competitive offerings, interface with customers and sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
Creates, prioritizes and maintains the Product Functionality Backlog (Score Card)
Works with Product Directors to create Business Requirements to support product development initiatives.
Insures that Functional Requirements supports the Business Requirements.
Works with the Delivery Group to insure that maintenance and operational needs are reflected in the Roadmap.
Works with Product Directors to establish key performance indicators to track product value.
Works with operations to define and track Operational Metrics.
Escalation point for Technology and Operations.
Some travel will be required in this position.
Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Five years of product management experience.
Five years experience in financial institutions and/or software development processes with background in the data processing environment including bank demand deposit, credit card, bank operations, check processing, cash management, application systems and communication systems.
Demonstrated ability to write product requirement documents
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to be used to interact proficiently with all levels of management and staff.
Self-directed and self motivated.
Approved background and drug screen is required.
