The Consulate Condominium, a luxury building in West Palm Beach, is looking for a part time customer service and detail oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to help in the office. This position is responsible for:
- maintaining an orderly accounting filing system
- invoicing customers and vendors
- processing payroll and receivables
- maintaining the chart of accounts
- preparing monthly profit and loss statement
- answering phones and filing
Qualified candidate must have a friendly and positive can do attitude and great communication skills. Candidate must have 2 years' experience in bookkeeping with Quickbooks experience and be proficient with Microsoft office.
