Our office manager is also referred to as "The Director of First Impressions" because she/he is the first point of contact for prospective clients. In addition to general office management and administrative duties, the DFI is responsible for assisting callers by providing information about our services and setting appointments using an electronic calendar. Greeting our clients and maintaining a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere is a top priority. Equally important, is the responsibility of overseeing the smooth operation and flow of tasks associated with managing the office. This is a busy office with lots of activity, which can create interruptions. The DFI must be able to handle this kind of work environment with good humor and grace. This can be a challenge at times but for the right person, this job is interesting and fun. Our entire staff is made up of energetic, positive, skilled professionals who love what they do. We support one another and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students and their families. The role of the DFI is to be the "go to" person; her/his desk is at the hub of activity within the center. The DFI is a highly valued team player who is critical to the everyday success of our business. We expect professionalism, the ability to think fast, work quickly with accuracy and attention to detail and a passion for serving others. Hours are 9:30A.M. - 6:00PM.


  • A HS Diploma/GED; College coursework/degree preferred
  • A minimum of one year experience in general office work
  • A minimum of one year experience providing direct customer/client service or sales/marketing
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (Knowledge of QuickBooks and Google Calendar a plus)
