2nd shift

ADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc. – a fully-owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company and national manufacturer of livestock feed with over 40 locations in North America has an immediate opening for a Mixing Operator at our Effingham, IL facility. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Responsible for the addition of all hand add ingredients to the correct mixer at the right time

Retrieve ingredients from the staging areas and placing by the correct mixer

Weigh each pallet on the pallet scales and documenting the weight of each pallet

Verify that the components and amounts are correct when batch is completed

Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean and complete all listed housekeeping duties
The requirements for this position include:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent

Detailed oriented and has proven computer proficiency

Basic math and reading skills

Must have proficiency in all areas of production ingredients and/or experience as a production gatherer.
ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
