This position will manage one or more territories in order to increase market share of client products and services in a tele-detailing environment. This will be accomplished through inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Increase market share of healthcare products/services using established sales techniques to convey accurate product / usage information to represent the product line completely
Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate client / customer needs by operating within established processes
Manage sales and customer service activities to assist with the total sales process
E nsure accuracy and customer satisfaction through attention to detail
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Utilize technology to create robust CRM to retain consumer data and records
Use effective business communication skills and have the ability to develop strong sales relationships
Travel as required. In order to meet the travel requirements, must have a personal credit card and an available credit limit for expenses which are reimbursed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred. One or more years of dental or sales experience preferred.
TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE
This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Individuals must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Client and Alta Resources.
