Analysis, Design, Development and Delivery of learning materials, including those required for online modules, "in-class" training, job-aides, leaders guides, evaluations.
Utilize advanced knowledge of and ability in platform skills in both face to face and virtual classroom settings, and facilitate training with all adult learner types and encourage interaction, encourage participation and promote self discovery.

Work with SME to analyze and design learning materials for all media.
Analyze learning outcomes to ensure high performance of learners
Design and Develop appropriate learning materials to meet internal needs
Implement learning resources using various media for delivery
Evaluate learning results using Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation
Maintain learning resources in the LMS
Maintain design and delivery templates for online and classroom delivery
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct user training sessions
Ensure all necessary materials and tools required for training delivery are prepared in advance of training execution
Identify learner needs and develop or maintain appropriate learning solutions
Training is delivered on time without impacting day to day operational KPIs
Bachelors Degree in Learning Related Field Preferred (Masters Degree Preferred)
Knowledge and experience with ADDIE model
Experience in Project Management
Experience in Classroom and Virtual delivery methods
Experience writing content for Participant Guides and Facilitator Guides
Ex perience with various online authoring tools including Captivate, Articulate, Flash
Experience using and managing content in a Learning Management System/LCMS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to think and act independently
