Analysis, Design, Development and Delivery of learning materials, including those required for online modules, "in-class" training, job-aides, leaders guides, evaluations.

Key Accountabilities:
Utilize advanced knowledge of and ability in platform skills in both face to face and virtual classroom settings, and facilitate training with all adult learner types and encourage interaction, encourage participation and promote self discovery.
Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can occur and recognize the difference between facilitation and presentation.
Present technical and soft skill information effectively in a classroom setting or one-on-one in a manner that is easy to understand.
Coping skills – knowing how to deal with ambiguity and how to handle the stress resulting from change and from multiple meanings or possibilities. Ability to handle multiple requests from a variety of audiences and balance their needs in accordance with business objectives
Use data to assess training impact on key business outputs and results.
Seek business partner collaboration and provide feedback to business partners regarding performance challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Establish relationships with the business as valued, credible partner and present points of view that influence and optimize decisions regarding performance improvement.
Monitor key business indicators in order to identify training needs or other performance improvement support and integrate big picture with day to day activities.
Partner across Organization to ensure thorough analysis of performance gap and opportunities and maintain ongoing communications with business partners, facilitators and cross functional teams
Collaborate with Team Members to determine training methods and approaches that most effectively promote associate’s performance.
Monitor effectiveness of programs and progress of trainees.
Manage the documentation of learning materials with appropriate version controls in formats that are user friendly and accessible
Conduct regular post-training competency evaluations of operations staff to assess the need for additional training.
Continuous improvement of existing learning materials based on quality results, trainee survey results, and evaluation results.
Work with SME to analyze and design learning materials for all media.
Analyze learning outcomes to ensure high performance of learners
Design and Develop appropriate learning materials to meet internal needs
Implement learning resources using various media for delivery
Evaluate learning results using Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation
Maintain learning resources in the LMS
Maintain design and delivery templates for online and classroom delivery

Coordinate, schedule, and conduct user training sessions
Ensure all necessary materials and tools required for training delivery are prepared in advance of training execution
Identify learner needs and develop or maintain appropriate learning solutions
Training is delivered on time without impacting day to day operational KPIs

Bachelors Degree in Learning Related Field Preferred (Masters Degree Preferred)
Knowledge and experience with ADDIE model
Experience in Project Management
Experience in Classroom and Virtual delivery methods
Experience writing content for Participant Guides and Facilitator Guides
Ex perience with various online authoring tools including Captivate, Articulate, Flash
Experience using and managing content in a Learning Management System/LCMS
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to think and act independently
Must possess high level of organizational and planning skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be customer service oriented
Strong analytical skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to travel independently
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbally)
Ability to understand and achieve personal and team targets set forth and delivers results
Strong ability to interface and communicate with all levels across the organization
