JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list. The Bank, through its managers and supervisors, reserves the right to assign any additional duties necessary to meet the needs of our customers, associates and/or shareholders.
1.Sells consumer/small business banking products and services to clients and prospects.
2.Manages client portfolio, services relationships and cross-sells all products and services.
3.Provides broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of earning 100% of the clients' business.
4.Develops and maintains relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales standards.
High School Diploma or GED.
This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related regulations. As needed the position will perform Teller duties.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Previous Teller and/or Personal Banker experience.
2. Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented, metrics based sales environment.
