Zynga is looking for an exceptional Client Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Team!
The client support specialist will be the first point of contact for our players and act as the voice of the customer.
You are responsible for ensuring Zynga customers are “Leaving Happy”! We are committed to developing a world-class support organization.

Responsibilities:
Act as the Voice of the Customer for Zynga!
Have a flexible schedule
Provide first contact resolution of customer escalations via chat, e-mail and/or Phones
Troubleshoot and handle game related questions and respond to general customer inquiries
Maintain accountability for accurate and timely assistance to our customers
Assist in the creation of new initiatives to increase CSAT, NPS, and first contact resolution
Identify opportunities for service improvements by compiling and analyzing customer support trends, customer satisfaction scores, etc.
Provide exceptional customer experience as measured through customer surveys and internal SLAs
Complete other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Strong CUSTOMER SERVICE background!
Self-motivated and detail oriented with a desire to provide solutions.
Passion for online gaming and social networking.
Excellent communication skills including solid verbal, written and listening skills.
Proven ability to multi-task, work in a faced pace environment, and can adapt to change.
Proven customer service mentality and experience in dealing with both internal and external customer groups.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency and excellent computer skills will be considered (including internet, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
High personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up ability
Experience with any CRM is a plus
College degree is a plus.
