Treasury Management Sales Analyst 1
A Treasury Sales Associate 1 (TMSA1) serves as the primary back-up to a Treasury Management Sales Consultant (TMSC) and assists with the selling of treasury management solutions and the management of the overall sales portfolio.
-Demonstrate mastery level proficiency of all Treasury products, systems and processes
-Consistently sell value when recommending products and services; use Treasury tools to penetrate Tier 2- Tier 4 clients
-Independently drive new sales opportunities by identifying client needs and cross-selling treasury products and services
-Independently lead complex client implementations and co-lead RFP responses
-Actively participate in key relationship reviews; recommend additional solutions and understand the pricing implications of recommendations
-Consult with clients on the phone and in person; know their business and anticipate their treasury management needs
-Manage all pricing functions such as new pricing requests and exception pricing
-Monitor and drive portfolio growth by reviewing key financial indicators and trends monthly
-Coordinate and negotiate with internal partners to ensure on-time delivery of client requests
-Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current
-Train and mentor less experienced TMSAs; display leadership in all interactions with peers, partners and management.

1+ year of sales/sales support, general banking or direct client contact experience; or BA/BS degree.
Sales/Client Support, general banking, Treasury Management products and services knowledge/experience.
-Minimum of 2+ years of client experience, sales experience and/or treasury management experience
-Treasury Management knowledge

-Demonstrated strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
