The Product Manager II will be resposible for understanding the industry needs for building management in order to identify requirements for our software products. The person in this position will also be responsible for understanding the global requirements and legislation surrounding demand response and measurement and verification (IMPVP).
Works under minimal supervision. Identifies and determines direction of solution development. Acts independently to resolve problems related to related product issues.

Educational requirements - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, MS/MBA highly preferred
10 years BAS or Energy related experience in product or program management, marketing, or sales is required
Communication - Strong Strategic communicator. Speaks to and for the business. Can represent the organization for companywide goals and initiatives.
