Support Program and Proposal Managers in the development of proposal cost volumes, including the development of WBS structures, bills of materials, manpower estimates, and basis of estimates. Provide financial oversight and analysis of proposal costs, and manage development of pricing information in coordination with corporate Pricing & Estimating organization.
