Marketing Associate - Fixed Duration Employee

This Associate Marketing Consultant will assist in the development of the Patient/Caregiver marketing strategy and execution of related tactics for a growth horomone product. Responsibilities will include agency relationship management, insights gathering, strategic planning, marketing mix determination, message development and execution. Activities will likely span the patient lifecycle including awareness, consideration/selection, initiation, and adherence/persistency.

This is not a permanant position. It is for a Fixed Duration of up to 2 years.

KEY OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLES:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the growth hormone market and patient/caregivers
  • Work with brand team and market research to develop marketing strategy, tactics and analytical plan
  • Develop, manage and refresh educational and other initiatives/materials to meet customer needs
  • Work across functions and agencies to coordinate development of marketing initiatives/materials and ensure consistent delivery of brand message and creative concept across all touch points and channels
  • Effectively manage agency relationships
  • Project management, including agency/vendor management, timelines and internal/external review and approval processes
  • Budget management including quarterly reconciliation
  • Annual marketing planning including specific tactical planning development
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree, marketing or related field
  • Two years marketing experience
  • Agency/vendor management experience
  • Previous ownership of and accountability for business results
  • Strong project management, budget management and prioritization skills
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to been employed in the United States. Eli Lilly and Company does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B orTN status) for this employment position.
