Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Required Skills: Must be fluent in English. Must be able to type 30wpm. Must be able to speak clearly and concisely while having a pleasant and professional tone. A helpful personality is a must.
Required Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required.

Patient Account Reprsentative
Responsibilities: The patient account representative will be receiving inbound calls from all over the country from people inquiring about their patient accounts, bills, insurance, Explanation of Benefits, etc.. Because of the broad variety of calls you will receive, you'll quickly become an expert on the complexities of the medical billing industry in general, and of medical insurance specifically. While doing this, you will work within the bounds of very specific guidelines to ensure that patient confidentiality is protected at all times.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shift Hours: The shifts are 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10am-7pm. All new employees must train at 8a-5p shift.
On occasion we will require the reps with the least amount of seniority to work an evening shift. We try to accommodate personal preference but may require one to work a 10-7 shift if we can’t fill it through the normal “bid” process.
