Senior Change Manager - Inventory Management Manager

Manages mid-size projects relating to Inventory Management in the HLI space..

Projects have: 1) major influence on the quality and timeliness of products or services, or impact the financial performance of the business unit and 2) require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. Sr Change Mgr is responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Actively involved in the conduct/execution of project activities. Has actual staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making responsibilities for team. Typically has responsibility for project staff and budget. Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives. Typically 5 or more years of experience in change management preferred. Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
Five plus years of experience within change management

Prior management experience

Desired Skills:
Project management certification or equivalent experience

Green Belt Certification

Masters degree a plus

Previous HL&I exp

Previous Inventory Management Experience
