Responsible for the planning, coordination of services and general case management for approximate caseload of 12 15 clients in a foster home setting.

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field and at least one year of case management experience with children or families; LSW required. Foster care experience/or MSW a plus. Must have a car, prior experience with Medicaid Compliance and Documentation a bonus.
