Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Gain extensive knowledge of eAudIT product features from both a technical and business perspective, including a basic understanding of the underlying business methodology
  • Provide 3rd level experienced support for eAudIT suite of applications and assist end user with issues at the 1st Level HelpDesk as required
  • Work with engagement teams to resolve issues associated with the use of eAudIT and participate in the delivery of training to audit professionals
  • Participate in ongoing support and training activities with various Information Technology Services (ITS), United States and ITS Global teams to deliver continuous National Support Center (NSC) and Deskside Support Services
  • Identify and escalate key issues to the eAudIT and ITS Global teams to improve product performance
Qualifications:
  • Three years of Information Technology experience in a support environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Aptitude to learn the underlying business methodology and detailed product features
  • Excellent communication skills and business analysis skills
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with desktop applications and Microsoft products with the ability to work in a high stress environment
  • Flexibility on daily and weekend schedule to support a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week environment and adhere to rotational shift schedule
