Customer Center Specialist
Essential job duties are listed below:
Customer Center Specialists will work in the Las Vegas operation handling inbound client phone calls and real-time emails providing solutions to customers while maintaining exceptional customer service at a high volume of transactions.

- 2+ yrs recent Title, Escrow, Mortgage or Banking experience
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Commitment to demonstrate a strong and consistent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients
- Previous experience working with a call center or customer service related field required
