Job Description:

Canteen Refreshment Services, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available in the Washington DC and Maryland market. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for soliciting new management contracts for office coffee and vending services. This professional top performer must be an organized, self starter who is able to work independently. This position will strictly focus on "new business" development. This is NOT a management position.

2+ years B2B professional selling experience

Develop new business opportunities (Hunter)

Cold calling, prospecting and discipline to develop markets

High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Strong time management & territory development skills

Aptitude to identify decision maker(s) and ascertain buying criteria
