Responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

Financial Management

Management of the day to day Finance Department within TERMINALFOUR.

Leading the production of the monthly management accounts for review.

Tracking of all revenue streams to ensure invoices are issued in accordance with contractual arrangements.

Working with the Head of Professional Services in monitoring resource utilisation and project profitability to ensure maximisation of company profits.

Careful management of costs, profitability and resource utilisation throughout the company.

Continuous monitoring of cash flows.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Continuous review of the year to date performance versus budget and updating the forecast.

Participating in the production of the annual budget.

Other

Preparation of information for monthly Board Meetings and attending the Board Meetings as may be required from time to time.

Assisting in the continuous development and mentoring of others team members.

Leading the Annual Audit.

Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years PQE in a dynamic commercial environment.

Ability to interpret detailed information and develop reports that summarise and inform.

Previous experience of preparation of the management accounts, budgeting and forecasting is essential.

Experience with Peachtree and Sage Line accounting package a plus (but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues.

Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office, email and Internet skills.

Highly organised and efficient with a proven ability to implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work under pressure.

Proven track record of effective performance in a team environment.

Assertive (ability to ensure controls are followed).

Energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude.

Ability to identify and drive change

Flexibility in line with business requirements

Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
